All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Prices are subject to change without notice. Once an order is confirmed, the price at the time of purchase will be honored.

An order is only confirmed after you receive a confirmation via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp from our team. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer. Full payment is required before dispatch for digital payment methods. For COD orders, payment is collected upon delivery.

We deliver across Bangladesh via trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors. Elaris Fashion is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Elaris Fashion shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
