Shipping Policy

• Dhaka (Inside City): Same day or next day delivery available
• Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 2–4 business days across Bangladesh

• Inside Dhaka: 70 Taka
• Outside Dhaka: 150 Taka

Exact shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

We ship via trusted courier services including Pathao and Steadfast Courier to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding Fridays and public holidays). You will receive a tracking update via SMS or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery via the respective courier's website or app.

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or courier issues. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date via WhatsApp or email. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
